Fruity esters balanced with Sorachi Ace hops, aged on toasted oak
Wheat Wine - 10% ABV - 24 IBU
Pilsener & Wheat malts co-fermented with Chardonnay juice and Belgian yeast
Doppelbock - 7.4 % ABV - 23 IBU
Lager brewed with a Munich malt base plus nine more additional malts for richness and depth of flavour. German Magnum and Hallertauer hops add a touch of bitterness
from the UK. Medium bodied and full of flavor
Amber - 6.2% ABV - 25 IBU
Traditional Amber Ale incorporating East Kent Golding hops and Amber & Chocolate Malt
Hints of clove from Belgian yeast and citrus from Cascade hops
Wheat Beer - 4.8% ABV - 12 IBU
Bright, dry & refreshing.
$100% Pilsener Malt meets Comet and Centennial hops… 100% Comet dry hop
Other IPA #5 - 6.9% - 73 IBU

Hefeweizen - 4.8% - 12 IBU
German style unfiltered wheat beer made with 54% wheat
Our nod to Japanese Lagers & Hitachino Nest Brewery whose brewhouse we acquired when they outgrew it
Rice Lager - 4.7% ABV - 20 IBU
Brewed with Pilsener malt & 20% rice. Hopped with German Tettnang hops
